Cinderella moment

Dashing off to the cyber event of the year . . .

. . .  wearing this . . .

. . . while being escorted by . . .
Detective Chief Superintendent Christopher Foyle
. . . I'm not sure I'll be able to convince him to dance . . .
(actually, I think he only agreed to be my date because he thinks I might be up to something.)

Oh, did I happen to tell you how we met?

See you at the ball!

Gosh, I adore Chief Inspector Foyle. Such a mastermind. And wouldn't you be the one to intrigue him in such a delightful dress...a crime of beauty, truly. Were those my diamond earrings you stole, cracking my case in Holland? No worries. You caught my eye with your high tech equipment that deciphered a code I thought could never be undone. I'll have to watch my champagne around you too, no doubt...

You look absolutely ravishing, Kat.. and that glint in Foyle's eye looks like he might have that in mind. Perhaps the two of you would enjoy a tour of the Queen's yacht docked in the Scioto River later? I brought along Margaret Atwood and she finds you intriguing!

Your gown is absolutely breath-taking! And while my breath is taken, do feel free to change into your other costume. Meow!

Oh my I was so excited to see what you were wearing and of course which date would bring you. But I had no idea you have an art at safe cracking! Great news! I may ask for your help in the near future! Hehehehe!

Beautiful new header photo!!! Friday I watched a ball, the dvd Cinderella, a 1957 musical written for live tv with Julie Andrews. Neat song by the prince, "do I love you because you're beautiful or are you beautiful because I love you."
