If you know your body and mind you can use the adrenaline to propel you forward instead of for running away (which may have been what nature intended!). I've never done anything courageous but I try to do my best to harness my adrenaline to give energetic talks...because my first instinct about public speaking is to run away!<br /><br />I think that Derrick's point is interesting. My Dad always said, "Never let them see you sweat."
